What to expect on your first visit

Your first visit will include a consultation, examination, and full treatment.  The goal is to determine whether this is the right course of action for you.  If we are not a good fit for your concerns, then the doctor will refer you to a more appropriate facility.  If no examination or treatment is performed, then there is no charge for the visit.  So feel free to come and ask questions.

To help streamline the visit, please fill out all intake forms online ahead of your appointment.

What is in a treatment session?

A treatment with generally include a full body chiropractic adjustment (manipulation of the spine and joints).  It will likely also include other treatments as the doctor deems necessary.  This can include dry needling, shockwave therapy, muscle scraping, stretching, triggerpoint work, and/or cupping.

Can Chiropractic help me?

When pain or other symptoms occur in the body, you can think of these symptoms as "alarms" signaling that your body is not functioning the way it is supposed to. Western medicine likes to treat each individual symptom while not necessarily addressing the root cause. Chiropractic doesn't "treat" the symptoms.  What it does instead is realign the joints of the body, particularly the spine, so that the body functions the way it is supposed to. And when the body functions the way it is supposed to, then most symptoms get better.

Chiropractic has been used to help all of these issues:   Many pains,  Tingling/numbness in the hands and/or feet,  Carpal Tunnel Syndrome,  Plantar fasciitis,  Sciatica, Headaches and Migraines,  Click/crunching in the joints,  Scoliosis, Frozen Shoulder, and many others.

About the Doctor

Dr. Charles Tyler has over 10 years of treating patients under his belt.  He was born in Mississippi and has lived almost everywhere else since his father was a lieutenant colonel in the ARMY.  Dr. Tyler graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2011 and then immediately moved to Arizona...because he was cold. He has since spent the last 14 years helping hundreds of patients while also taking the time to rehab himself from a decade of kung fu, judo, and kickboxing. Chiropractic and martial arts have taught him that the human body is strong, adaptable, and resilient.  But it sometimes needs help. Dr. Tyler is dedicated to helping others realize the potential of their bodies and to not succumb to the many stresses, injuries and toxins in our daily lives.  Everyone can get better.
